Shipping Policy

Orders received before 2:00 PM CT Monday–Friday are processed the same business day. Orders received after 2:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day. Every order is reviewed for researcher verification and compliance before fulfillment.

We ship via ShipStation using major US carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). The carrier and service level are selected at checkout based on the destination and package size. A tracking number is emailed to you and displayed in your account once the label is generated.

Frontier Amino Labs ships exclusively to verified research addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally or to PO boxes. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address that cannot be verified as a legitimate research facility, institution, or qualified researcher location. Orders to states with additional restrictions on research peptides may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

Standard shipping is a flat $9.00 per order. Orders subtotaling $100.00 or more ship free. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable except where we determine the shipment was lost or damaged in transit. Shipping charges apply per order, not per item.

Lyophilized peptides are shipped at ambient temperature and should be stored at -20°C upon receipt for long-term stability. Products are packaged to protect against light, moisture, and physical damage during transit. Once a package leaves our facility, chain of custody and storage conditions can no longer be guaranteed — returned inventory cannot be restocked or resold.

A tracking number is provided for every shipment. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking when your order is dispatched, and the tracking link is available in the Order History section of your account. If a shipment is marked delivered but not received, notify us within 7 days of the last tracking update so we can open a carrier investigation.
