Research Use Only

All products sold by Frontier Amino Labs ("we", "us", "our") are laboratory research chemicals intended solely for in-vitro research and development purposes. Products are NOT intended for human or veterinary consumption, food, drug, cosmetic, household chemical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use of any kind. No product sold on this site is a drug, supplement, or food additive, and none have been evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy in humans or animals. No product is a prescription drug, none require a prescription, and none are intended as a substitute for any approved pharmaceutical.

Purchaser Eligibility & Representations

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are purchasing in a professional, academic, or research capacity, and that you are qualified to handle research chemicals safely. You agree that products will be used only in a controlled laboratory setting by trained personnel, in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Assumption of Risk & Liability

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for the handling, storage, and use of all products after delivery. Frontier Amino Labs makes no claims regarding the effects, outcomes, or results of using any product and accepts no liability for misuse, mishandling, or any application outside legitimate laboratory research. Any purchase made for purposes other than research is a violation of these Terms.

Product Information & Purity

We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, purity figures, and Certificates of Analysis are accurate at the time of publication. COAs reflect the batch tested and are provided for research reference. We reserve the right to correct errors, update specifications, or modify product listings at any time without prior notice.

Orders, Payment & Shipping

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders placed by purchasers we reasonably believe do not meet the eligibility requirements above. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Shipping times are estimates; title and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser upon carrier pickup. Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy — we ship only to verified research addresses within the United States.

Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern every transaction on this site. By placing an order you make an offer to purchase which we may accept or decline at our discretion. Prices are listed in US dollars and are accurate at the time of listing, but we reserve the right to correct pricing errors and modify product listings without prior notice. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. We may refuse service, suspend accounts, or cancel pending orders where we reasonably believe a purchaser does not meet researcher eligibility requirements, is attempting to purchase for purposes outside laboratory research, or is located in a jurisdiction where shipment is restricted. These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frontier Amino Labs' total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the products giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of these Terms, which we may update from time to time.
