All products sold by Frontier Amino Labs ("we", "us", "our") are laboratory research chemicals intended solely for in-vitro research and development purposes. Products are NOT intended for human or veterinary consumption, food, drug, cosmetic, household chemical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use of any kind. No product sold on this site is a drug, supplement, or food additive, and none have been evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy in humans or animals.
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are purchasing in a professional, academic, or research capacity, and that you are qualified to handle research chemicals safely. You agree that products will be used only in a controlled laboratory setting by trained personnel, in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
The purchaser assumes full responsibility for the handling, storage, and use of all products after delivery. Frontier Amino Labs makes no claims regarding the effects, outcomes, or results of using any product and accepts no liability for misuse, mishandling, or any application outside legitimate laboratory research. Any purchase made for purposes other than research is a violation of these Terms.
We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, purity figures, and Certificates of Analysis are accurate at the time of publication. COAs reflect the batch tested and are provided for research reference. We reserve the right to correct errors, update specifications, or modify product listings at any time without prior notice.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders placed by purchasers we reasonably believe do not meet the eligibility requirements above. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Shipping times are estimates; title and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser upon carrier pickup. Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frontier Amino Labs' total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the products giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Frontier Amino Labs is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of these Terms, which we may update from time to time.
