Frontier Amino Labs sells sensitive Research Use Only materials. This policy explains which orders can be cancelled, how to cancel from your account, and how refunds are handled automatically.

This Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed with Frontier Amino Labs ("we", "us", "our"). Every product is strictly Research Use Only (RUO) — not for human or veterinary consumption, food, drug, diagnostic, or therapeutic use. By placing an order, the purchaser confirms they are acting in a professional or research capacity and accepts this policy.
You may cancel an order at any time before it enters our fulfillment process — that is, while its status is still pending, on hold, or otherwise not yet shipped. Most orders ship same-day or next business day, so the cancellation window is short. Once an order has been packed and dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled because its storage conditions and chain of custody can no longer be guaranteed.
Signed-in customers can cancel an eligible order directly from the Order History section of their account page. A Cancel button appears next to each order that is still eligible; once an order has shipped or closed, the button disappears and cancellation is no longer offered. You can also request a cancellation by emailing daniel@frontieraminolabs.com with your order number as soon as possible.
When you cancel an eligible order from your account, any card charge already taken is refunded automatically to your original payment method. Approved refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer. If the automatic refund cannot be processed, the cancellation will stop and you will be asked to contact support so the refund can be completed manually.
Orders that have shipped, been completed, already been cancelled, refunded, or failed cannot be cancelled again. Frontier Amino Labs also verifies the live store status before cancelling — if your order has moved into shipping between your last page load and the cancellation request, the request will be declined and you will be asked to contact support. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where we determine the shipment was lost or damaged in transit.
Once a cancellation succeeds, your order is marked cancelled (or refunded where a card refund was issued) and the items are released back into available inventory. You will receive a confirmation by email. Cancelled orders cannot be reinstated — if you still need the materials, please place a new order.
